Application Guidelines
Applying to the Italian Education Hub is a straightforward process designed to help us get to know you and your aspirations. To begin your application, please create an account on our online application portal. The portal will guide you through each step of the process, from submitting your personal information to uploading required documents. Ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
As part of the application process, you will be asked to write a personal essay outlining your reasons for wanting to study at the Italian Education Hub, your academic and professional goals, and any relevant experiences that have shaped your interests. This essay is an opportunity to showcase your personality, writing skills, and passion for Italian culture. We encourage you to be authentic and thoughtful in your response.
Required Documents
To ensure a complete application, please submit the following documents through our online portal:
- Official Transcripts: Submit official transcripts from all previously attended secondary and post-secondary institutions. Transcripts must be translated into English or Italian if the original language is different.
- Letter of Recommendation: Two letters of recommendation from teachers, professors, or employers who can attest to your academic abilities, character, and potential for success.
- Personal Essay: A personal essay (approximately 500-750 words) outlining your reasons for applying to the Italian Education Hub and your academic and career goals.
- English Proficiency Test Scores: If English is not your native language, you must submit official scores from the TOEFL or IELTS exam to demonstrate your proficiency. Minimum scores may vary depending on the program.
- Portfolio (for Art and Design Programs): Applicants to art and design programs are required to submit a portfolio showcasing their creative work. The portfolio should include a selection of your best pieces and demonstrate your skills and artistic vision.
- Copy of Passport: A clear copy of your passport identification page.

- Spring Semester Application Deadline: November 15th

Tuition and Fees
